Vivary is my active agent workspace project. It brings project files, agent conversations, tools, and memory into one desktop app, with a self-hosted web client as part of the product target.

The work

The focus is completing the workflows around agent-assisted development: opening a project, working with its files, returning to conversation history, and previewing what is being built. Development uses AI coding agents, with review and acceptance checks to establish what actually works.

Current status

V1 alpha release acceptance is still underway. A tested Windows candidate exists, but it is not a public desktop release. Remaining work includes first-run and upgrade checks, provider workflows, and desktop and web acceptance.

The earlier CLI scaffold is part of Vivary’s history. Its published packages do not establish readiness of the current desktop app.
